Lost ratings moving from windows to Mac Ventura

I have followed many instructions in this forum to move all my itunes songs (ripped into my old computer over the years) from an old windows computer into my new Mac running Ventura. Pic of my file structure is below. All music is inside Music / Music / Media / (Artist / album / songs). When I open Music, it opens without ratings. If I close Music and reopen holding down option and selecting iTunes Library.itl within the old iTunes folder, the ratings show up. But the songs won't play / can't be found. How can I get the ratings from the old .itl file into the new Music Library (which is within the Music / Music folder)?
