Message reload time in community? Please help I am confused. 😐🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Hey, I started using apple community’s but I have ran into a problem, I like to be able to do short 5-10 minute bursts of activity were I answer as much questions as I can, but when I respond to around 2 questions it dose not let me respond for quite awhile. This time it makes me wait it around 5 minutes average and really makes it harder to respond to the most questions I can. Is there any way around this, or is there a level I have to get to to have less time I have to wait to respond?
