How to disable quick notes

Quick Notes pops up in Safari and other apps blocking useful real estate.

What i did (Fairly easy. Hardly an inconvenience) that seems to be working was go into Notes, select the Quick Notes folder, and delete any notes I found there. The Quick Notes Folder went away and I haven't seen it since. Hope this helps.
