Anyone else experiencing daily update notifications from Health on New Records from months ago?

Hello,


I’ve been experiencing this issue both on my iPhone and iPad. I’ve connected my account to one of the Hospital / Network accounts (Quest Diagnostics) and I keep getting daily notifications of new records— which are 5 months old.


I’ve removed the data from all Hospital / Network accounts (confirmed it was gone from my devices, I’ve signed back in hours later, and began experiencing the same notification issue again.


Moreover, I’ve reviewed these health records from the Hospital / Network account website’s to ensure there are no outstanding notifications. That didn’t help. Latest iOS (17.1.1) and iPadOS (17.1.1) installed; began experiencing this issue with iOS 17.


Anyone else experiencing this issue and have a way of solving it?

The solution should not be “turn off notifications. Apple, please fix this.”

7/12/2024 Update: The notifications are still coming in twice, daily. The latest, physical record update from my health providers is 4 months old. Seems like the system is having trouble differentiating the daily fetch request from Apple Health vs when the records are actually published.


Apple, please fix in the next big update release.
