iPhone 13 repeatedly asks for Hotmail, Outlook Mail passwords

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17.1.1

Starting two days ago, every time I open the Mail app, it asks for my Ouylook.com and Hotmail.com passwords.

I’ve deleted the accounts and re-added them.

I’ve turned the mail off and on for the accounts.

I’ve accessed the accounts by browser and changed the passwords and then entered the new passwords on the iPhone.

None of this has seemed to have worked.

It’s extremely annoying and it’s also very important that I be able to access these Mail accounts.
