Temu app redownloads itself after i delete it.

So, to start off. I have the option of Automatic Downloads turned off, and I have the option to delete apps turned on.

I have deleted the Temu app three times, and it keeps reappearing on my phone. I have no idea how to permanently delete it.

Has anyone gone through this by chance? Is there a solution?
