Camera icon on instagram turn really bright and flicker

Does anyone else has the issue when you are scrolling through instagram reels, and the camera icon on top right corner turns really bright and starts flickering? The screen shot has dimmed it down a bit, but live it is way brighter.

I’ll swipe to a different video and the video will go back to normal. If I close the app and reopen to the same video, the brightness will be normal. Instagram reels icons faded automatically I noticed that in some reels the brightness automatically goes up and the side icons get faded, I tried taking a screenshot of it but in that it shows normal white icons. I don’t know whats the issue here but its very irritating. Also in some reels the white text which is there it gets more highlighted and the background fades.
