Instagram reels icons faded automatically

I noticed that in some reels the brightness automatically goes up and the side icons get faded, I tried taking a screenshot of it but in that it shows normal white icons. I don’t know whats the issue here but its very irritating.

Also in some reels the white text which is there it gets more highlighted and the background fades.

brightness rises while watching videos While watching videos, no matter the app (instagram, TikTok or Facebook videos), the brightness on some videos will randomly up. I’ll swipe to a different video and the video will go back to normal. If I close the app and reopen to the same video, the brightness will be normal. I’ve tried check to see if I had auto brightness and other suggestions. Nothing has helped so far. The video will be bright and the caption and comment sections will look darker
