How to turn off Voice Over on iPhone 12 Max Pro
Can’t turn this off. Everything I do just generates a voice description of the button I pressed

Hello,
You can disable VoiceOver through settings by going to Settings, then at the top in the Search type "VoiceOver" then go the settings for it and disable. Hope that works for you!

Unfortunately getting to Settings seemed virtually impossible at the time, because all button presses, or attempts to change screens, just gave me a vocal description of the button.
The WorldofTech on YouTube came up with multiple fingers and screen taps which got me there.
