Cannot backup Iphone 13 pro to my Macbook Air. There is a warning saying to delete all previous backups as the backup file is corrupt. The problem is I dont have anything to delete as I did not make any backup before.

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Use Finder to check:
Library\Application Support\MobileSync\Backup.
Delete this folder if it exists.
There is no that folder at all. I've just checked.
