How to unblock someone on Apple Music?
How can I unblock somebody that I block they was on my family plan?

To unblock someone you can follow these following steps:
- Tap Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts
- Next in the Blocked Contacts list, click Edit and then tap the red circle on the contact you want to unblock and click the unblock button that appears to your right.
After you have completed those steps that person will be unblocked.
