MacBook shuts down on its own when unplugged

MacBook shuts down on its own. Some important information:

- only when not plugged in,

- the battery is about 65% charged and after several hours of charging it still has about 65%

- after it shuts down on its own, I turn it on (no power cable plugged in) and only the apple logo shows for about 1 second and shuts down again

- battery status in the system report is 100% normal, 90 cycles

- I booted the computer by holding the on/off key for about 15 sec, then CMD+D and it showed no error

And this is where the biggest problem is. The MacBook was in the service and it was found that there was no problem.

As I write this post, the battery is at 67%. Mac shows that it will take more than 10 hrs to charge to full. From practice I know that it will be about 2 days. I bought a new charger, cable and the charging problem is the same.

When it is already 100% full, the Mac without the cable connected still shuts down unexpectedly by itself.

The Mac is reinstalled from the recovery partition. I am thinking of deleting everything including the recovery partition and installing macOS from USB. I wonder if some virus is buried deep and a simple reinstallation doesn't remove it. Does this even make sense?

What happens when your battery is 100% charged? Does the MacBook shuts down when unplugged after that? Or dos that happen only, when the battery charge is at 65%?
