I bought a brand new 14 pro max and it was a brand new sealed. The day i bought my new iphone was that the day i activate it, but when i checked my serial number in apple checker the purchase date is not the same when i activate it? Am i'm the first owner of this unit or no?

Unless they are within a day of each other, I'd have to say no... It sounds like you bought a gray market phone at best.
Pretty hard to say since you have provided no information about the phone.
For starters, where did you buy it, store name, location, etc?
When did you purchase the phone?
Was it from an authorized dealer?
NOTE: Warranty starts on the first day of purchase from Apple or an authorized dealer.
When was the purchase date?
When was the activation date?
Did you buy directly from Apple or another seller?
Purchase date is not the same when the day i activated
