It’s a secured app called S Apps. I purchased back in 2017. When we found the app it says it’s not available any longer. I should have copied all my files and passwords as were. Unfortunately, I didn’t
There’s nothing we can recommend. If the app is no longer available it’s no longer available.
You can try contacting the app developer, but I doubt they will be able to do anything for you, assuming they still exist.
This is the downside of using 3rd party ‘secure storage’ apps. If you don’t make duplicate copies of the data stored in the apps somewhere else, you’re likely to lose it all when the developer goes out of business or fails to update their app for compatibility with a new version of ios.
