I don’t like (or want to) add debit/credit cards on 96% of online sites. So most of my purchases are very small and usually in games/apps. I used to be able to just add those small amounts to the monthly phone bill. What happened to that option? Can’t that be another way to Apple Pay? Grrr help I need to vent in my games to release anxiety overload 🤯

That would be an option offered by whatever phone company you use for your phone service. Apple would have nothing to do with that. So I would make that inquiry with your phone operator.
How long does it usually take for you to normally get some help this way???

It's an internet forum. Responses come with someone sees your post and thinks they can help. It might be a moment or never.

No. Another issue with an internet forum is that you cannot assume the person you're talking to is on the same continent, country or city that you are. :) Google is your friend.
