new to ios and iphone seems when a call comes in the volume is very low. any ideas

Have you tried taking off the screen protector to see if that will fix the problem? I experienced low volume problem after I reset and setup my 12 pro max to gift to my aunt. Couldn’t understand for the life of me why the call volume was extremely low but yet when on speaker the volume was fine. After trying “every” possible fix mentioned on the web and YouTube w/o success — I decided to rip off the new glass screen protector and that fixed the volume issue immediately! ;) So give it a try and that might do the trick.
