BLUR MESSAGES ON MESSENGER

When I long press the specific text message on messenger the background isn't blurring but when I saw my friend's stories when they long press a single text message the other messages were blurred how can I apply that on my phone I tried uninstalling the app and its still doesn't work

iPhone 12, iOS 17

have you found the solution to it? i experience the same problem too. It works for my other accounts but on my main account it doesnt
