My Apple Watch tells me to stand while I'm standing.
I work at a standing desk and typically stand for 20 minutes an hour during the workday. How do I get my Apple Watch to recognize when I'm already standing?

I have noticed that the crown of the Apple Watch must be facing downward for a few seconds in the least for the Apple Watch to register that you are standing. If you are standing at your desk, however, your hands (wrists) are flat on the desk, then the Apple Watch may assume that you are still sitting.
