Purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro Max from UAE: Would the Facetime Feature work in Sri Lanka?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to purchase an iPhone from Dubai, and my concern is the Facetime Feature. Once, I bought an iPhone 6, and it did not have Facetime and changing the region did not help me get the Facetime feature as well in Sri Lanka. The phone was unpacked and activated in Sri Lanka as well.

I would like to know, if I buy an iPhone 15 Pro Max from Dubai, would it have Facetime if I activate the phone in Sri Lanka? Or, would it never have the facetime option at all?
