Certain albums aren't compatible with Dolby Atmos when linked to Apple Music.

I recently got a new phone and transferred all my songs from my old phone to my new phone via Apple Music. One of the albums “Dangerous Woman” by Ariana Grande has no supporting Dolby Atmos when I’m on the new phone, however on my old phone and my iPad, the ”Dangerous Woman” album plays perfectly fine with Dolby Atmos supported. Baring in mind, all of the other music transferred on my new phone has Dolby Atmos working (other songs on my playlist seem to be fine with Dolby, so it is not a problem with my settings) it is just this specific album that seems to not have it.

Dangerous Woman was really badly mixed in Dolby Atmos and I'm surprised they actually acknowledged this. I'm really hoping they will come back with a refreshed Atmos mix.

I'm looking at the Apple Music catalog right now and none of the various 'Dangerous Woman' album versions have a Dolby Atmos song. This leads me to think that they have been removed. What has been playing on your phone is probably something cached or you've been able to download offline.

I guess you can hold on to that for now. This is the downside to streaming media where we don't own the songs we listen to, I guess.

I'm hoping the Dolby Atmos mix will eventually return. They're not perfect, but I guess they're reworking them otherwise why remove it in the first place?
