Apple watch heart rate complication, not displaying after update

I have reset the Watch I have I have reset the phone I have toggle between the heart complication and the date complication. Nothing has worked.

Heart Rate complication now shows heart icon instead of number after Watch IOS update I had an Iphone 14 Pro Max paired with my Apple watch 8. Everything worked great. I was on a older version of Watch IOS (9.3.1). When I got my new Iphone 16 Pro Max yesterday, it made me update my watch to 11.0.1 and now everything is messed up. It only displays the heart icon on my infograph watch face and I went through and make sure there is no low power setting anywhere. I checked everything and heart rate is enabled. When I click the icon it shows my heart rate but doesn't display it at a glance as it looked before. This was my #1 feature and now its gone. Can anyone help? I'm attaching 2 pics showing what it looked like vs how it is now.

Watch Ultra 2, erratic heart rate measurement. after turning on the sports program, the watch either does not measure at all or starts measuring the heart rate only after a while. There are also cases when heart rate measurement turns off in the middle of sports. I tried everything - I checked all possible options that might prevent measurement, paired/unpaired, checked the privacy settings, rebooted, checked the watch by connecting it to another phone, also disconnected it from the phone and tried it on another person, but the situation did not change - heart rate measurement takes place then when the clock wants. All latest updates also installed. went to local Apple store, but technicians didn't find anything.

Apple Watch 6 sync issues with Health app after 10.0 update Granted I could be missing a setting but based on my watch 6 functioning fine before late September and seeing that no settings were changed, and updates to 10.0 (Sept) and 10.1 (Oct) performed, I am assuming it is OS related. Of course, I rebooted all devices multiple times. With that said, my watch started having sync issues with my iPhone Health app. All are updated. With the heart rate complication after 10.0 update, my watch face did display it but would not update. a. After the 10.1 update, it is not displayed on the watch face but if you tap where it used to be, it displays. Maybe the cloak of invisibility is a new feature. 2. The resting heart rate and walking heart averages are not syncing with the Health app. a. Oddly, after the 10.0 update, I repaired my watch and it synced for appx. two weeks. b. After the 10.1 update, I repaired my watch a second time and it synced for three days 3. The basic heart rate function displays normally when activated and also updates normally. I am currently living with no functionality concerning the stated issues. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This has been reported several times in this forum and you are not alone. I recommend that you provide product feedback directly to Apple here 👉 Product Feedback - Apple

There is a good possibility that those app icons will not return to your Apple Watch until after Apple releases a new update to address it.
