I have a new iPhone 15 pro max, less than one month old. The screen is black or frozen or won't turn on. What do I do? Pressed and release up volume button, press and release down volume button, then press right side button for 3 seconds.

They wouldn’t replace the phone ? Did the new insides have any recurring issues…mine is less than 2 weeks old, I want a new phone
