Recently updated my watch to new software and now my heart rate doesn’t show on the home screen/face. It still displays time/date, mindfulness, motivation, etc. How can I fix this?

The complication is most likely still there on the watch face but it's invisible.
This is a known issue for some Watches after the update. It likely will require another update to provide a solution.
