Refund request - apple card

My partner was recently targeted by scammers who kept asking for gift cards. He fell for their scam and purchased a $100 apple card with our grocery money. Do any apple employees lurk here? I have the card and it hasn't been scratched to show the pin. I also have the receipt from Walmart. I know gift cards are not refunded with cash but I would like it refunded to the original payment card. I don't want to call them on the phone and can't find an email address. Does anyone here have any experience with this? Thank you for reading.
