Unable to pair my Apple Watch 6 with iPhone 7 Plus running on iOS 15.8, it says that you need to have iOS 17 or later, any work around a that I can do.i had to give my watch for service and now Ini am unable to pair it back

Expanding on Lawrence Finch’s response, your iPhone, released by Apple seven years ago, is too old to use iOS 17. So the “workaround” is to purchase a new iPhone.
You updated the watch to a WatchOS version that requires iOS 17.
