The last time I checked my battery health of my iphone 12 pro was 84% that’s the time that I didn’t update my iphone to ios 17 yet, but After I update it to ios 17, the battery health decreases extremely fast. I updated my iphone last September and now it is October and the battery health is now 81%. Can you address this issue??

In addition to what Lyssa correctly suggests, it's now time to pay Apple to have your battery replaced. Once the battery reaches 80% or less (81% is close enough, I believe), you need to have the battery replaced. Batteries are consumable parts and with every battery charge Battery Health declines. It's what batteries do. ALL BATTERIES.
There's nothing to address. On average, a phone's battery health decreases by 1% per month of use. Seeing a 3% decrease over the course of 2 months is reasonable.
