Apple Music doesn’t work

I didn’t pay Apple Music for a long time and yesterday it turned off. So today I paid it. It took money but still doesn’t work. There is now albums except for those that I bought in iTunes Store and when I try add other the app just gives a message like “you don’t have a subscription” but I have and because of that it says something like “you don’t have a Wi-Fi”. I tried to restart the iPad several times but it’s helping.
