Apple watch series 8 battery drains super fast ever since latest update to watchOS 10.1. Ever since the latest update installed on my watch, it can't hold a charge. It'll be full charge and drop to 0 within 2 hours. Will there be another update to correct this? How can it be fixed?

Did the update Friday evening, put on my watch after it had been on charger all night and it was sitting at 30%
By the time we got across town (20 minutes or so) it was dead. Went to the apple store since we were right by it. They did diagnostics, and it showed the battery was still able to hold 99% capacity charge.
Really looking forward to this next update to hopefully have a fix, as well as hoping this doesn't kill my battery capacity due to the weird draining and attempted charging.
Let us please get that 10.2 update asap please!
