My right AirPod doesn't work

Now in 2 sets of iPods (air?), the right pods does not work. For 2 years, the first set had zero problems. 2 weeks later with the second set, the same issue set in. Is it the pod itself? the charger? can I fix this at home with in the Community? is it a genius bar issue? How do I proceed? Thanks!

Is #2 a replacement set you got directly from Apple, and are using the charger from #1?

If so, then see if the following support article can help:

If this is not the case, but you actually have a second AirPods set (earbuds & charging case), then does this issue happen regardless of which device you pair them with, or only with one particular device?

Just to double-check. You mention an iPod. I am assuming that you are referring to Apple AirPods as the iPod is an audio playback device, and the AirPods are earbuds.

So, you have two pairs of AirPods. The first set worked fine for two years, but then the right AirPod failed. You then acquired a new pair of AirPods, and the same issue started immediately. Is this correct?
