MacBook Air with Monterey 12.7.1 has problems to get bluetooth on

I couldn't have blue tooth turn on shortly after getting Os Monterey in my MacBook Air. After downloading better version of Os Monterey I got bluetooth on but it does not allowing to switch on mouse or AIR I POTS. Can you help me, please? I checked all films how to get mouse connected but none works.

Same here oct 25 2023 release of 12.7.1 killed my bluetooth. Won't even turn on. ran a variety of things with apple support on Oct 29th.

NV ram reset

Safe mode

reset SMC

Mac os recovery took a while

Called again

test user

Diagnostics nothing reported

I was told they could help me at the apple genius bar.

Then I begged for higher support advisor to assist

we did plist deletions (Worked for a short time) then suddenly stopped again today 11-1.

Called apple support again. given the run around, we don't support your computer we can suggest third party repair options.

I again asked for a higher level advisor, denied "we aren't trained for your computer"

I filed a complaint that if they are going to push an update for computers that they don't support there should be a disclaimer or they should just not support those computers and block people from updates.

I was told that the apple genius bar WOULDN'T help me, contradicting the previous advisor.

EVERYTHING WAS WORKING GREAT UNTIL THIS OS 12.7.1
