Any Problems with Sonoma on Zeon processor iMac Pro's

I've held off on upgrading to Sonoma on my iMac Pro with its Xeon processor out of concern that there may be problems with Intel chips. Has anyone upgraded and have this gone smoothly with no problems? I did upgrade to 13.6.1 yesterday (25 Oct 2023) and have already have had two crashes with kernel panics. Hmmmm.

Well, not is all that well although it appears to not be a problem with Sonoma. I went ahead and upgraded to Sonoma in the hope that it would stop kernel panics that had been happening. I have installed both of the updates and am now running 14.1.2. It made a slight improvement but I was still plagued by crashes, all of which I sent in to Apple. Observing that the crashes mostly happened when I was in Safari, I switched over to Firefox as my default browser which seemed to improve things considerably. However, when I sat down at the computer this morning, it had crashed again. After putting in my password, it crashed again. UGHHHH. I have been with Macs for decades, and it has been a long time since I did a true clean install. If this continues, then I may have to bite the bullet and start again. However, I have lots of software, some of it quite old and don't know if I have the necessary installers to get it back up and running. This probably isn't very helpful but I wanted to replay to your question.
