My autocorrect and predictive text have stopped working since the latest software update. It happened first on my 14 pro max and I hoped that when I upgraded to the 15 pro max the problem would resolve itself but it hasn’t. I’ve done all the troubleshooting user keyboard settings by toggling the settings on and off, restarting, resetting, and lastly even upgrading my phone. What gives?
Did you upgrade to the latest IOS 17.1? Did you check in Settings>General>Keyboards if any of the settings have changed?
If you’re saying you did all troubleshooting and it still doesn’t work you need to contact Apple Support directly (or if an Apple Store or Authorized Repair Facility is in your area you can go in) for further assistance.
Yes I did upgrade to 17.1. And yes I checked all those settings.
Yes it’s worth downloading the Apple support app and have a chat or phone call with the Support
