Profile picture in Reminders not showing

For the past few months, my profile picture does not show on assigned reminders. This was present on my iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16, and has continued on my iPhone 15 Pro and is now also present on my MacBook Pro since I recently did a clean install of MacOs 14.

I have attempted to troubleshoot this issue by making sure my contact card and profile picture is up to date in “contacts” as well as iCloud account settings. I have attempted to reassign all assigned reminders, delete all assigned reminders and recreate as well as signing out and back in to iCloud on all devices (careful if you have 2 factor and data protection on), as well as clean installs on all devices. Nothing seems to clear it.

Ok, so I was able to track down that the reminders app was using a duplicate contact card for me which only contained my email address. I had to delete it and a "Siri suggested" contact card also found in contacts. It reappeared and had to repeat a couple times while closing and restarting both the contact app and the reminders app each time on my Mac. It finally started to populate the correct image in reminders and seems to be connected to the correct contact card across all my devices.
