Automations in HomeKit stopped working after tvOS 17.1update?

Performed the tvos17.1 update, normally when I switch on the tv also my surround speakers switch on due to an automation in the HomeKit. Since the update it doesn’t switch on anymore, even if I create a new automation it doesn’t work. I can switch them on manually. I have reset my whole network. Before there was a setting in tvOS to set your appletv as a HomeKit hub or not, that setting seems to be gone.

anyone else experiencing this problem? What can I try next?
