Mysterious device appears on Apple TV

can anyone tell me what is this?? i keep getting this pop up everytime i turn my phone on

Weird Apple TV popup Today me and 2 of my friends were on the train and on our way home my headphones randomly disconnected and i got a apple tv pop up and i exited out and my shortly after my screen froze and it turned off i was confused and i turned my power button on and saw the apple logo than after a while my friend told me her phone also turned off and she had the same thing happen to her than the both of us were scared and confused and asked our other friend she said she had the same thing happen to her. All 3 of us got the same apple tv popup our phones froze went black than turned off. Has this happen to anyone and did we get hacked. No Apple TV around When I’m at school I get these random popups on my iPhone asking if I want to connect to this Apple TV. But it come and goes away faster than I could even react. When I go into the control center to see if anything connected to my phone the touch of the screen freezes but the phone is still running. Eventually it goes black with “loading circle” and then restarts. The confusing part is I have no Apple TV under my account and I asked IT and there is none at all on the campus. So I’m getting kinda worried. Maybe something unknown is connecting to my phone. This was happening to other iPhone user around me at a synchronized time. Hope it’s nothing too bad. Here are the popups I was getting: I didn’t touch my phone AT ALL when this happened

About: Connecting... "Bluetooth Device" requires additional information to connect to this network.

Find Out About this Device:

Reveal all the apps or devices that are trying to connect to your iPhone.

Go to: Settings
Tap: Privacy and Security
Tap: Bluetooth

And that is as deep as you can go on your iPhone. What you are seeing is the name of the device: "Bluetooth Device"
