We are not Apple so cannot look up Apple's sales transactions. Start here:
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
The most important part is "View Your Purchase History." Do that.
If you history does NOT show the charge, then is is possible someone has access to your card/account number and is pretending to be Apple. It happened to us. If that is the case, Apple cannot fix this. Only your bank or card issuer can address fraudulent use.
If your history shows the charge, continues with instructions in that article.

One should be able to see and cancel any activate apple subscription from your device(s). From an iPhone, go to settings, select your Apple ID (your name at the top of settings), then Subscriptions. This should reveal you active subscriptions. Click on the particular subscription to reveal link to cancel. If there are no active subscription, then perhaps Alan Jones' suggestion is correct.
You may also be able to request a refund from Apple - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
