How to put control center on Apple Watch?
No control center after restarting the Apple Watch, swiping up brings up weather. Any other ideas what is going on here. Apple Watch Series 4

Series 4 will run OS10 where the control center was moved to a single press of the long side button.
Swipe up now shows the widget stack.
I recommend you press, double press and long press all the buttons to see what they now do
