How do I delete Health app?

I don’t want this app. Apple’s ‘Health App’ collects extremely personal data ‘behind the scenes’ no matter how many times I’ve deleted it and its ’data’. Spoken to many who agree and came looking for the answer and found a slew of others posting about the same issue.

100% HIPAA violation.

I don’t want any of the functions that it does. I want it gone from my iPhone 13 and everywhere else. I can hide it and disable it somewhat but can’t get rid of it completely and have to keep checking it to be sure it’s not collecting data.

Complete invasion of privacy. Being used as a ‘vital’ app on my phone so I can’t limit sharing … Not okay.
