Phone restarting and having issues with Wi-Fi and bluetooth

Today my iPhone 12 started to restart by itself and the wifi and Bluetooth stopped working. When I tried to turn on my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi it will not let me in the settings or in the drop down menu. I’ve made sure that I’ve updated my phone to the current IOS system and cleared out some apps/photos that I don’t use in case that was the issue. When I looked in the analytics data it says that the reason for the crash was “BT Bluetool stuck”. I’m not totally sure what that means so if anyone does some insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Fixing a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone can is stuck in a Boot Loop. This typically occurs when you go abuut installing an update, and it stalled while in the process. Use my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

So, once out of the boot loop, report back if WiFi and Bluetooth work.
