Mail automatically adds a blank New Message that can't be deleted

When I opened my iMac, there were many blank New Messages. Clicking the red dot doesn't delete the message.


iMac 27″, macOS 13.5

I would look in your Outbox or Drafts and remove /delete any messages stuck there and it should resolve your issue.



The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.6
