Changing the Date & Time to Automatic fixed it for me. For some reason the date was set 10 days in the future, and it came good as soon as the phone was on the correct date/time..

I've also heard of the same problem being caused by network filtering on some company wifi and VPNs, so try turning any of those off if you have them. Also an app called Lockdown, which can block certain types of traffic or something. Haven't had personal experience of any of those though.

Hi Rarramia,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We would recommend the steps below if an app isn't working as expected:

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support

1. Close and reopen the app
Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

2. . Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

3. Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.

4. Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

Get more help
•If you found the app on the App Store, contact the app developer

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.

I have the same issue "Page isn't available right now" - I tried (in random order)

1/ logging in - nopes, as I get : "Page isn't available right now"

2/uninstalling the app & reinstalling it

3/switch off device and switch back on (combined with first removing app or keeping it)

4/Logging (browser Chrome)in from a laptop and logging back out

5/Offload the Facebook app (in Settings) and reinstall it

6/Trying to get in touch with the App Developer on App Store. As this is a free app, no support offered. And when clicking on Developer Support, I get redirected to the login app with "Page isn't available right now" (Thanks Apple for letting me turn in circles)

7/ Double check updates (all good there)

Still no solution - still receiving the same message. Frustrating
