No notifications

For the past few days or so, I can’t receive notifications anymore. At first, it started with Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter. But then, once I powered off my phone and turned it back on, I couldn’t receive ANYTHING. Not a single app notifies me, AND I can’t send texts on IMessage without it telling me that it didn’t deliver. My phone is not that old (IPhone SE 2020) and I updated it to iOS 17 before the problem started so I really don’t know how to fix it. It’s perfectly up to date.

When I search up solutions for my problem, everyone says to check if my notifications are turned off. I checked a million times and they’re NOT. They’re not set on Scheduled either. My phone isn’t on Do Not Disturb or Airplane Mode or anything. There’s literally zero solution for me right now.

Please help.
