Hi, I bought iPhone 15 and wanted to transfer data from iPhone 11 Pro. I have 2 terabytes of iCloud memory, of which only 15.1 gigabytes are filled. However, when I enter the general from the settings, and I see the storage, 124 out of 128 are filled and I cannot write anything new. How can I connect this memory to the iCloud memory, I did it easily in the iPhone 11 Pro, but I have not been able to do it for a week, and to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one, please help me. I have many pictures. How can I upload them all together to iCloud? I think it will be a relief.

Local device storage is fixed for the life of your phone, and is not the same thing as iCloud storage on Apple’s servers.

It sounds like you bought a phone with 128 GB of local device storage, and 124 GB of it is now used.

There is an option in iCloud Photos to let it “Optimize Phone Storage” by offloading full-size photos when local device storage runs low. Was that what you were using before? Note that if you delete a photo in an iCloud Photo Library from any of the attached devices or computers, that deletes it everywhere.
