My iPhone Xr screen was repaired by a store that does phone repairs. Now my phone is showing imei2 available. Has my iPhone account been compromised?

The man was very nice when replacing my screen, but said that I would need a new battery afterwards and had to plug it into his PC and it took about 20 minutes after the screen was already repaired and he said that I would have to re-login into my accountand none of my apps were on the phone that were there before and I did not see any purchases that I had prior
