Managing family sharing

Under family sharing settings there is no option to turn off require purchase approval. “Ask to Buy” or any way to turn off “Require Purchase Approval” don’t show up in the settings path: (Name), Family Sharing, (Family Members Name.

According to previous discussion, there should be an option to tap “Ask to Buy” at that point in the path. How can we turn off requiring a purchase approval for adult family members under Family Sharing?
