phone is stuck on install now

I bought an iphone 14 and before I could transfer all of my data, it stated I needed a software update. I updated it, and now it is stuck on "install now" with the spinning circle next to it. What do I do? I've restarted the device and started over 2x and it won't get past this point.

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
