Why when I have screen shut down it has child apple device

I don’t have family sharing and I don’t have kids my child safety communications is showing different screen sharing for kids

Child with my name lavone 241 how do I remove it because I don’t have a child please i did not put that on my device using my name in my my phone device how do I delete or remove it

I don’t have family sharing with anyone and my grand name is nakhi horne and he not on my device he has a better iPhone then my iPhone 14 I have 12 and I don’t do family sharing
