Got black screen while charging iPhone 15 pro, is this a defective phone or known issue?

We understand your iPhone display is black while charging your iPhone.
Does this also happen if you use an alternate charger for your iPhone? Testing charging with an alternate charger may tell you if this behavior is isolated to the iPhone or the charger itself.
