upgrading late 2014 Imac 5K 27" running Yosemite 10.10 to El Capitain 10.11 first then to Mojave 10.14

Wanting to upgrade my late 2014 Imac 5K 27" running Yosemite 10.10 to El Capitain 10.11 first then to Mojave 10.14

My question is: will I have problems sense I am running Microsoft programs installed through Bootcamp?

Will these programs just migrate though during these updates or will I have to reinstall them again back through bootcamp after new upgrades?

iMac 27″, OS X 10.10

Upgrading macOS will have no effect on a Boot Camp partition.

Back up your Windows data anyway, which ought to go without saying.
