No Dock Menu on Apple Watch 8

Hi all,

Got my Apple Watch 8 yesterday and just learning about how to set things up, but in the YouTube videos they say:

:

1. Open the Apple Watch app on iPhone.
2. Tap My Watch and then choose Dock.

On my iPhone there is no Dock menu, I just have Notifications and App view no Dock menu

1. Tap Edit and then add or remove apps to choose your favorites. To rearrange apps, touch and hold next to an app, then drag up or down.
2. Save your changes by tapping Done.

Im just trying to set my dock so when I press the side button on my watch I can choose recents.
